The dk workouts are unique! The timetable is broken down into different styles & durations of workouts, so you can get the best total week of training imaginable. Your dk membership options give you unlimited access to all these small group workouts.
STRENGTH EXPRESS (<45MIN.) & STRENGTH ENDURO (<60MIN.)
Your primary workouts are the Strength Express & Enduro sessions. These are our signature sessions and
should be your priority each week. They are the most metabolic workouts you can do and
combine whole-body strength moves, cardio and core in a circuit format.
CARDIO EXPRESS (<45MIN.) & CARDIO ENDURO (<60MIN.)
Your Cardio Intensity workout is an awesome indoor circuit. It’s fast paced and combines a whole bunch
of different forms of cardio moves, to get your heart rate up.
CORE FOCUS (GROUP OR SOLO)
Your Core Focus workouts are our core, posture and abs programs. Think core for posture and abdominal
re-shaping, and abs for abdominal strengthening and toning. These are a great
additional workout to squeeze in if you’re looking to tone your abs or work on your core
strength and stability.
